Ogcocephalus pumilus, the dwarf batfish, is a species of ray-finned fish belonging to the family Ogcocephalidae, the deep sea batfishes. It is found in the western Atlantic Ocean. It is the smallest species in the genus Ogcocephalus.

Ogcocephalus pumilus is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van vleermuisvissen (Ogcocephalidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1980 door Bradbury.
De soort staat op de Rode Lijst van de IUCN als niet bedreigd, beoordelingsjaar 2009.

矮蝙蝠鱼（学名：Ogcocephalus pumilus）为辐鳍鱼纲𩽾𩾌目棘茄鱼亚目棘茄鱼科的其中一种，分布于中西大西洋加勒比海海域，属底栖性鱼类，栖息深度35-348公尺，本鱼喙长，体灰白色通常无斑纹，胸鳍薄膜细而半透明，在鳍条的腹面上无肉质衬垫，背鳍软条4枚，臀鳍软条3-4枚，体长可达6.1分，栖息底层水域，生活习性不明。
其种加词“pumilus”意为“矮小的”。
