Idiataphe longipes is een libellensoort uit de familie van de korenbouten (Libellulidae), onderorde Anisoptera (echte libellen). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld als Erythemis longipes door Hermann August Hagen in een publicatie uit 1861.
De soort komt voor in Venezuela, Guyana, Brazilië, Peru, Paraguay en Argentinië.
