Warming's lantern fish, Ceratoscopelus warmingii, is a lanternfish of the family Myctophidae, found circumglobally in both hemispheres, at depths of between 700 and 1,500 m (2,300 and 4,900 ft) during the day and between 20 and 200 m (70 and 660 ft) at night. Its length is about 8 cm (3.15 in).

Ceratoscopelus warmingii is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de lantaarnvissen (Myctophidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd in 1892 gepubliceerd door Christian Frederik Lütken.

Ceratoscopelus warmingii es un pez linterna de la familia Myctophidae que habita a profundidades de entre 700 y 1500 metros durante el día y entre 20 y 200 metros por la noche. Su longitud es de unos 8 centímetros.
