Erythrodiplax unimaculata is een libellensoort uit de familie van de korenbouten (Libellulidae), onderorde Anisoptera (echte libellen). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld als Libellula unimaculata door Charles de Geer in een publicatie uit 1773.
De soort komt voor in het Nearctisch en Neotropisch gebied.
