Halichoeres cyanocephalus is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van lipvissen (Labridae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1791 door Bloch.
De soort staat op de Rode Lijst van de IUCN als niet bedreigd, beoordelingsjaar 2008.

蓝首海猪鱼（学名：Halichoeres cyanocephalus）为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目隆头鱼亚目隆头鱼科的其中一种，分布于西大西洋区，从美国佛罗里达半岛至巴西海域，栖息深度18-91公尺，体长可达30公分，栖息在珊瑚礁、岩礁区，稚鱼会替生活在珊瑚礁的其他鱼类清理身上的寄生虫，生活习性不明，可作为游钓鱼及观赏鱼。
