A rescue and rehabilitation centre for native wildlife, founded by Matthijs and Valeska Kuijpers who moved to Suriname in 2024. Unlike most shelters it takes a wide range of species, from capuchin monkeys and parrots to boas and sloths. Injured, orphaned and confiscated animals get medical care and, where possible, release back to the wild. The site covers around 100 hectares of forest with creeks running through it, and takes eco-volunteers on stays from one week.
