Big Tex is a Texas-style barbecue joint on Anamoestraat in Paramaribo. The kitchen smokes brisket on-site for 17 hours over hickory and builds Certified Angus Beef smash burgers, brisket sandwiches, cilantro-garlic fries and Mexican-style grilled corn.
