The Openbare Markt Lelydorp is the public market in the centre of Lelydorp, next to the PL bus terminus and close to the police and fire stations. Stalls sell fresh produce, and small units around the market sell phones, jewellery and everyday goods. It is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 14:00 and closed on Sundays and public holidays. The market falls under the district commissariat of Wanica.
