Passie Food and Wines is a restaurant and wine bar on the Kolonistenweg in Paramaribo, open six days a week. The day starts with freshly ground coffee, lunch is served on the terrace, and the afternoon borrel runs into an extensive dinner menu. Passie also hosts private celebrations and tailor-made wine tastings led by in-house wine expert Marloes.
