Are my photos uploaded?
No. The photos are resized inside your own browser and never leave your device.
Why remove location data?
Photos taken with a phone often contain the exact GPS position where they were taken, for example your home or shop. The copies made here do not contain that information.
Which size should I use for WhatsApp or a website?
For WhatsApp, e-mail and most websites a longest side of 1600 to 1920 pixels is sharp enough and keeps files small. For a form with an upload limit, choose 'Under a file size limit' and type the limit in KB.
