How this works
- ✓ Listing an event is free. Concerts, festivals, markets, sports days, fundraisers, anything the public can attend.
- ✓ Start with the flyer. Drop it in below and we read the name, date, venue and line-up off it, so you only have to check the details instead of typing them.
- ✓ Running something every week? One entry covers the whole series. You do not submit it again each Friday.
- ✓ Every event is checked by a person, usually within a day or two.
- ✓ Once approved it is on the calendar within about fifteen minutes, with a countdown and an add-to-calendar link.
- ✓ It removes itself the day after the event ends. Nothing to chase.

Does it cost anything?
No. Listing an event is free.
The date moved, or I made a mistake.
Do not submit it twice. Email us and we will correct it.
Do I have to remove it afterwards?
No. A one-off drops off the calendar by itself the day after it ends. A weekly night stays until you tell us it has stopped.
How does reading the flyer work?
We pass the image to a text-recognition model that pulls out the name, date, venue and any line-up, and we put that in the form for you to correct. It gets things wrong, dates most of all, so check every field before you send it. Nothing is published straight from it: a person still reviews every event.
My night runs every Friday.
Set How often to every week and tick Friday. Submit it once. The calendar shows the coming Friday and keeps doing that by itself.
What gets declined?
Private parties, events outside Suriname, anything we cannot verify with the organiser, and anything already on the calendar.
I want my business listed too, not just this event.
